Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory which has more than 14 years experience, welcome to visit our factory!
Q:Do you provide OEM/ODM service?
A: Of course yes, we have professional R&D team, can meet different demands.
Q:Can I get some samples? How long does it take to arrive?
A:(1). Please advise the products and surface finish that you are interested in. We will prepare samples.
(2). Sample will be free of charge.
(3). Sample will be provided normally in 7 working days.
(4). Freight cost depends on weight and package size.
(5). We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q: Can we have our own logo or company name on the products or package?
A: Sure. Your logo can be putted on our products by sticker. And if the cartons printing needed to be customized, please send us the artwork and detailed requirements by email or TM.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
